Punishment of the crime

Defendant D was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment or two years of suspended execution in Seoul Southern District Court on October 16, 2013 due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapons, etc.), and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on October 24, 2013, and is currently under suspended execution.

The facts of the crime are that Defendant A sells the lost or stolen mobile phone purchased from the intermediate collection book of the stolen mobile phone to the upper upper line, the overseas exporter, and Defendant B is a “interim collection book” to purchase the mobile phone from the on-site collection book. Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E are “on-site collection book” to purchase the stolen mobile phone from the taxi engineer, and Defendant F and Defendant G are respective taxi engineers.

1. Defendant A

A. On November 201, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 2,00,000,000, a total of 20 smartphones, a stolen object, from E, and acquired approximately three times from around December 2013 to December 201, by purchasing approximately KRW 2,00,00,00, in aggregate of 20,000, smartphones, a stolen object, from E, even though he/she was aware of the fact that it was lost or stolen stolen stolen stolen stolen goods.

B.
