Punishment of the crime

On April 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced by the Seoul High Court to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of indecent act by compulsion, etc. and became subject to registration of personal information on April 27, 2013 after the judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A person subject to registration shall submit personal information, such as his/her address and actual place of residence, to the head of a competent police agency within 60 days from the date the judgment becomes final and conclusive, and where personal information is changed, he/she shall submit the reason and change within 30 days

On April 11, 2014, the Defendant did not submit changed information within 20 days from the date on which the reason for change occurred, even though the actual domicile of the Defendant was changed to Diplomatic Association, etc. located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu.

In the written indictment, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit personal information within 30 days from the date the judgment becomes final and conclusive, and where personal information is changed, he/she shall submit it within 20 days from the date the cause of such change occurred.
