Punishment of the crime

1. On November 13, 201, from around 21:45 to 22:10 the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business for about 25 minutes due to the Defendant’s defect that “Arhs the victim’s windows, such as shouldering the victim’s windows before the restaurant of “D” in the operation of the victim Nonparty B,” and caused the victim to feel “Arhshshshshshshshshshshshshshshshshshshshs, willshshshshshshshshs, and shshshshshshshshshshshshshshshshshssshhshshsssssshing on the part of the victim.”

2. The Defendant: (a) committed assault and damage to property; (b) at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and at the same time and place specified in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (c) laid the victim’s cell phone outside of the restaurant, frightened the victim; (d) obstructed the victim’s head back; and (e) continuously obstructed the victim by entering the restaurant, extinguishing the fire into the restaurant, closing the entrance, and hiding it inside the restaurant; and (d) damaged the victim’s entrance so that the victim “at the same time and in the same manner,” she saws the entrance to read “at the night, fright,” and breaking the entrance to fright the door to d0,000 won, and then destroyed the victim’s entrance so that the repair cost would be 40,000 won.
