1. On May 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered into a contract for the sale of cargo vehicles of KRW 16,500,000 with the victim in Yangyang-gun D; (b) was paid in cash in excess of KRW 12,50,000; and (c) the victim sold the cargo vehicle of KRW 4,00,000 to the third commercial; and (d) was transferred KRW 12,50,000 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative account; and (e) was handed over from the victim to the third commercial; and (e) was delivered the cargo of KRW 12,50,000 from the victim to the third commercial; and (e) was handed over from the victim.
