Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 5, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million with a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a fine of KRW 2.5 million with the same crime in the same court on August 19, 2011.

At around 06:00 on July 30, 2016, the Defendant driven a B low-speed car at approximately 10km from the vicinity of the new history distance in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do to the front of the Glsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Glsan-gun, Glsan-gun, in a state of alcohol of 0.17% of blood alcohol concentration.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
