A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 27, 2010, the injured Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment 1708 Dong 1105, and on the ground that the victim E (the age of 31) who is the Defendant’s wife (the age of 31) who attends a D church referred to the “D church” as the victim’s words the church, she was 5 times the victim’s scke part, and knicked the victim with his/her head knick and knicked the victim for about 3 weeks of medical treatment.

2. 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(집단ㆍ흉기등상해) 및 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(집단ㆍ흉기등협박) 피고인은 2013. 11. 5. 22:00경 고양시 덕양구 F, 602호에 있는 피고인의 주거지에서, 피해자와 육아문제로 대화를 하던 중 피해자에게 “내가 아는 목사에게 상담을 받자”라고 말하였으나 피해자가 이를 거절하였다는 이유로 그곳에 있던 위험한 물건인 맥주병으로 피해자의 머리를 내리쳐 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료를 요하는 머리덮개의 열린 상처 등을 가하고, 계속해서 주방에 있던 위험한 물건인 부엌칼 2개를 양손에 들고 피해자의 복부 부분을 찌를 듯한 태도를 보이고, 한손으로 피해자의 머리채를 잡아당기며 다른 한손에 들고 있던 부엌칼을 피해자의 목 부분에 들이대어 목을 긋는 시늉을 하고, 피해자의 얼굴에 위 부엌칼을 들이대며 “죽이겠다”라고 말하여 피해자에게 협박을 가하였다.
