Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of a factory of D Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: E) located in Chungcheongbuk-gun C.

1. A business operator and his/her employees shall, when conducting his/her business, prepare documents of raw material receipts and disbursements concerning the use of raw materials so that they may grasp the history of production and sale by using raw materials, in performing their business;

Nevertheless, from the end of May 2013 to February 26, 2014, the Defendant did not prepare a document of raw material receipts and disbursements for raw materials in the factory of the said D Co., Ltd., when manufacturing and selling “Bekbs and Spatiale,” etc. at the factory.

2. No livestock product, the expiration date marked on the relevant livestock product shall be sold, nor disposed of, processed, packaged, used, imported, stored, transported, or displayed for sale;

Nevertheless, on February 25, 2014, the Defendant stored the amount equivalent to 22.78km equivalent to 240km (20km x 12 boxes) and sciss (distribution period: February 20, 2014) for which the distribution period has elapsed for the purpose of processing and selling them in storage of raw materials and products of the aforementioned D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”).

3. Livestock products for sale shall bear a mark meeting the standards and shall not be sold, nor processed, packaged, stored, transported or displayed for sale without any other mark;

Nevertheless, on February 25, 2014, the Defendant kept 115 km (5 km x 23) of miscellaneous land imported from Chile for the purpose of processing, selling, and 220 km (20 km x 11 stuff) of miscellaneous land (20 km x 11 stuff) imported from Denmark.

4. A business operator who manufactures or processes food and his/her employees shall prepare documents related to raw material receipts and disbursements for raw material storage, delivery, and use for the sanitary management of raw material, manufacturing process, and other foods;

Nevertheless, from the end of January 2014 to February 26, 2014, the Defendant, while manufacturing and selling “rhythm” in the above plant, prepared documents related to raw material receipts and disbursements.
