A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

While the defendant was aware of the horse racing E belonging to the Korean Racing Association D in the usual area, there was a fact that the defendant provided money and valuables over several times to the victim E and F, who is the horse race.

Although the Defendant was provided with horse information from the victims, the Defendant did not pay money, but rather raised money due to horse racing.

1. 2. On February 28, 2013, at around 17:00, the Defendant sent a phone call to G, the president of the Korea Racing Association D D D D D, and expressed an attitude to take measures, such as reporting to the Korea Racing Association, to ensure that the victim E and the victim F can no longer work as the length of the Korean Racing Association. Around February 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was a person who became aware of a large number of meals and alcohols with E and F; and (b) was a person who became aware of a large number of meals and alcohols; and (c) was asked to take measures, such as making a report to the Korean Racing Association.

The above G delivered the defendant's intent of intimidation to the above victims.

The Defendant, at around 19:00 on March 5, 2013, received money of KRW 20 million from the main point of “I” located in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si around 19:00.
