Criminal facts

1. Around 00:30 on November 26, 2015, Defendant B boarded the victim F with G taxi operated by the victim F in the vicinity of the house distance located in Ansan-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, with A and C, and the victim first refused to take a shift time, and the victim started a defective taxi that he would file a complaint against the Defendant for the first time, and assaulted the victim’s face side while driving the said taxi at one time on the top of the hands-on.

2. The Defendants’ co-principal committed the act of assaulting Defendant B F, as described in paragraph 1, and attached F and Si/Gun/Ku. The Defendants visited Defendant B’s assault, and the Defendants visited the Ansan-si Police Station Hamsan-si Hamsan-si Hampo-si Ham on the ground that the Defendants reported F’s refusal to take passengers in the taxi.

피고인들은 2015. 11. 26. 00:35경 위 I파출소에서, 위 파출소 소속 순경 J과 순경 K가 피고인들 및 F의 진술을 청취하는 사이 피고인 B이 자신의 폭행 사실에 관하여 진술하는 F에게 달려들었고, 순경 J이 이를 제지하기 위해 피고인 B을 바닥에 넘어뜨리자 피고인 A은 이에 항의하는 과정에서 왼손으로 순경 J의 오른쪽 어깨 부위를 1회 밀쳤고, 피고인 C은 자신들도 승차거부에 대해 신고를 하였는데 자신들의 말은 잘 들어주지 않는다는 이유로 순경 K에게 언성을 높여 항의하다가 피고인 B이 바닥에 넘어지는 것을 보고 “경찰이면 사람을 때려도 되냐”고 소리를 지르며 손으로 K의 얼굴 부위를 1회 때리고, 멱살을 잡아 밀치고, 발로 정강이 부위를 2회 걷어찼다.
