As a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act ( sound driving), the defendant has a penalty power of KRW 700,000,000,000 in Suwon District Court's Sungnam Branch on November 3, 2009, and a fine of KRW 1,50,00,000 in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on June 8, 2010.

On March 26, 2015, at around 23:45, the Defendant driven B sm3 vehicles with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.138% at the section of approximately 1km from the route of the 876-416, Sinsi-si, Sinri-si to the 2158-ro.
