1. On November 201, 2012, the Defendant was asked to transport 100 smartphones equivalent to KRW 20,000,000 in the market price of the victim’s name-free box C, and 20,000,000, which are the purchase volume that received the call of the above B in front of the sub-central District District of Busan-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, and D, around November 2012.
