A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing taxi in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

Ultimately, the defendant is in a situation where normal driving of the taxi is difficult due to influence of drinking, and the defendant needs to give approximately two weeks medical treatment to the victim E.
