1. The Defendant’s KRW 41,650,00 and the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from February 27, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

The Defendant agreed to pay 20,00,000 U.S. dollars 20,000 (21,650,000 won at the time of exchange rate) that was previously borrowed from the Plaintiff on June 28, 201 to the Plaintiff on June 28, 201, there is no dispute between the parties.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 4,1650,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from February 27, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable within the scope of the above recognition, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
