Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:55 on March 30, 2012, the Defendant driven approximately 5 kilometers from the front of the upper investigative distance to the front road of the So-dong in Yangju-si, Yangju-si at around 21:10 on the same day, while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.050% of the blood alcohol concentration.
