A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) was a candidate for the election for the head of the Gun Agricultural Cooperative Association, which was carried out on June 20, 2012, and (b) was not a person who carried out an election campaign for the head of the Gun Agricultural Cooperative; and (c) was not a person who provided money, goods, entertainment, or other property benefits to members for the purpose of having a specific person elected as the head of the local agricultural cooperative association; (d) on June 12, 2012, the Defendant, at E’s house located in Do, Gunsan-si, Si, Gunsan-si, for the purpose of getting C elected as the head of the association; and (e) was holding 50,000 won in cash and 13 names

As a result, the defendant provided money to E as a member.
