1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relationship between the parties 1) The Plaintiff was the wife of F and the mother of Defendant B with F produced G, Defendant B, H, and I. Defendant C is the wife of Defendant B, and Defendant D is the child of Defendant B. 2) The F died on August 6, 2007.
B. Each of the instant real estates was owned by the Plaintiff. The registration of ownership transfer in the name of Defendant B (hereinafter “registration No. 1”) was based on the donation on November 26, 2007 with respect to the instant 1 and 2 real estate. As to the instant 3 real estate, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Defendant C (hereinafter “registration No. 2”) was completed on December 3, 2007 due to the donation on December 3, 2007 as to the instant 4 and 5 real estate, and the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Defendant D (hereinafter “registration No. 3”) was completed on November 26, 207 as to the instant 4 and 5 real estate.
C. On December 13, 2007, the Plaintiff: (a) as to the registration of No. 2 of this case by Daejeon District Court Branching the Daejeon District Court 2007Kadan5655 on December 14, 2007; (b) as to the registration of No. 3 of this case by this Court 2007Kadan6622 on December 14, 2007; and (c) as to the registration of No. 1 of this case by this Court 2007Kadan633 on December 24, 2007, the Plaintiff received the provisional disposition of No. 1 of this case as to the registration of No. 2007Kadan633 on January 17, 2008 (hereinafter “No. 1 Certificate”).
On January 23, 2008, after preparing a letter of confirmation, filed an application for the cancellation of registration of each of the above provisional dispositions and revoked the above registration. He confirmed that K (the instant 1,2 real estate) K (the instant 4,5 real estate) (the instant 3 real estate) donated the above buildings and the land (the provisional disposition is deleted). The donor on January 17, 2008: A (the Plaintiff): A (Defendant) witness confirmation document 1) the donee B (the witness confirmation document 1) the second and the second two separate provisional dispositions of Dasan, Chungcheongnamnam.
2) The registration of cancellation of ownership filed by a lawyer M. office 2009da46882 shall withdraw a civil lawsuit. 3) Monthly rent in return for the above money J (the instant 1 and 2 real estate) shall have the time of death.
