A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of a social welfare foundation D childcare center in the East Sea C.

1. 2014. 8. 초순경의 범행 피고인은 2014. 8. 초순 13:40경 위 D어린이집 달님반 교실에서 피해자인 아동 E(5세), F(5세), G(5세), H(5세), I(5세), J(5세), K(4세) 등 7명의 원생이 한자수업을 받으며 수업태도가 좋지 않다는 이유로 피해자 E 등 7명의 아동들을 실외 놀이터로 불러내어 맨발로 둘레 20여m의 놀이터를 10바퀴씩 뛰게 하고, 토끼뜀을 5회 시키고 팔굽혀펴기를 10회씩 하도록 함으로써 아동들의 신체에 손상을 주거나 신체의 건강 및 발달을 해치는 신체적 학대행위를 하였다.

2. Around November 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) expressed that, at around 13:40 on November 26, 2014, the victim’s child E (five years of age), and F (5 years of age) in the education class of the said D Child Care Center Month would not be understood in Korean and his attitude of class is not good; (b) expressed that “the victims would have expressed that “heat fe, fe, fe, fe, fe, and fe, fe, fe, fe, fe, fe,” and expressed that “the head of the victimized child was taken two times in drinking,” and “the victim’s body and body was damaged by assaulting ten times, reporting the victims, and following two times each other’s physical development, such as physical abuse and physical development of the victimized child.”

On December 3, 2014, the Defendant, at around 13:50 on December 3, 2014, 7, including the victim E (five years of age), were engaged in a self-denunciation in the classes of the said D Child Care Center Month, and the seven originals, such as the victim E (five years of age), are gathered in Korean, and even if he/she knows that he/she is in Korean language and the mother by the next week, he/she went away from Korea, and the four children, such as the victim E (5 years of age), F (5 years of age), G (5 years of age), and H (5 years of age), who are not in a way of teaching, were demoted to the victims.
