Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person engaged in driving a C-si.
On May 8, 2016, the Defendant driven the above taxi at a speed of approximately 50-60km/h of speed from the two-dynamics market to the luminous-dong speed of approximately 50-60km/h of speed, by driving the above taxi on May 8, 2016.
