1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;

The evidence of seizure No. 1 shall be confiscated from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] Defendant A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Changwon District Court on November 7, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Tongwon detention center on July 24, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. Defendant A is not a handler of narcotics.

A. On February 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.325g of 0,000 won in cash from the E Hospital Lane located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, E Hospital D; (b) a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.325g of a local mental medicine (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

B. On April 1, 2017, the Defendant was parked in G’s entrance Masan-si F at Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si.

B Hchip car within Hchip car, one injection machine for one-time medication of a philopon, which is about 0.03 g, in cash, sold a philopon by receiving KRW 100,000,000.

Defendant 1, at the time, at the place, and at the time, at which the foregoing paragraph (b) was written, administered phiphones in a way of injecting approximately 0.03g of philophones into the blood, such as the right hand, etc. by dilutioning them with water for a single-use injection device.

On April 6, 2017, the Defendant was parked in front of JMag-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si on April 6, 2017

B within H Habol car of operation, B received one of a one for a single-use cell phone 0.13g, free of charge, to B.

2. Defendant B is not a handler of narcotics.

A. On February 26, 2017, around 17:30, the Defendant: (a) purchased and traded philophones from E Hospital L located in Changwon-si E Hospital D, Changwon-si; (b) KRW 200,000,000 in cash from A, one philophone for a single injection in KRW 0.325g.

B. On April 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was parked at the G sprink at the entrance of G G G G Masan-si F, Changwon-si, Changwon-si on April 1, 2017; and (b) was used for a disposable car with approximately 0.03g of 10,000 won in cash from A, for a 100,000 won in cash.
