A. According to the above public offering in violation of the National Sports Promotion Act and gambling openings, the Defendant, along with E and F, opened a private sports earth site, such as I (the site’s address is periodically changed) from around November 2010 to around November 2013 in Daejeon-gu G, and Y-gu H, such as the Sinsung-gu H (the site’s address is periodically changed) to a designated account after having opened the said site as a member and had many unspecified persons transfer money to the designated account. The Defendant charged the amount of money on the said site by using the charged amount. The Defendant paid dividends to the members of the above site and operated the above illegal sports earth site by holding the remainder of money as profits. After the sport ends, the Defendant paid dividends to the members of the above site, and operated the above illegal sports earth site by holding the remainder as profits.
