Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant served in C Operation D from March 5, 2004 to October 20, 208, and received full wages from September 2007 to October 20, 2008. From October 21, 2008 to September 20, 2008, the Defendant filed a false complaint with C as if C had been in arrears with wages and had received wages from C to acquire money from C.

1. On March 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) submitted to the U.S. branch office of the Busan Regional Labor Agency (U.S.) of the U.S. Regional Labor Agency (U.S.) a written petition to the effect that “C has worked in D’s operation from March 5, 2004 to September 20, 2014; (b) C has not paid wages; (c) has been punished; and (d) was present at the U.S. branch office of the Busan Regional Labor Agency (U.S.) and had been working in D from March 5, 2004 to September 20, 2014; and (d) made a written statement to the effect that “C did not pay wages of KRW 130 million from September 20, 2017 to September 20, 2014; and (d) made a written statement to the effect that C’s employment had been present at the Busan Regional Labor Agency and made a statement to the same effect as C’s employment.

2. On July 1, 2015, the Defendant filed a complaint with the U.S. branch office of the Busan Regional Labor Office to the effect that “A was working in C’s operation from March 5, 2004 to September 20, 2014,” and stated that “A was punished because C was not paid wages,” with the labor supervisor on the same day, and stated to the effect that “C was punished for not paying KRW 130 million of wages from September 207 to September 20, 2014.”
