The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. Summary of the facts charged
A. On October 31, 2014, the Defendant prepared a false complaint with respect to C representative director D, a real estate developer, using the form of accusation at the branch office of the Dong branch office of the Busan Regional Labor Agency, which is located in the Dong branch office of the Busan Regional Labor Agency.

On the same day, the defendant filed an application for unemployment benefits with the Busan Regional Labor Office on April 28, 2015, and filed an application for unemployment benefits from the Busan Regional Labor Office, and the same year.
