1. The Defendant’s KRW 169,653,311 among the Plaintiff and KRW 15,00,000 among the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 38,591,442 from December 21, 2017.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The current status of ownership and use of the instant building and the damaged building 1) The instant building and the building on land D, E, F and ground (hereinafter “instant building”).
