A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2018, the Defendant, through the early patroler B, reported that the images of his body were posted to the people from outside, and had interest in the posting. Since March 2018, the Defendant taken the Defendant’s body pictures from his cell phone to the Defendant’s cell phone and posted them to enable them to be seen by the people in mind by using the Defendant’s B account (C).

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. B. Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on the toilets, which are public use places, for the purpose of meeting his sexual goals, on three occasions.

2. Inflowment;

A. On October 6, 2018, the Defendant taken photographs of the Defendant’s body pictures and figures at Hho joint lecture room at G University graduate school located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and posted them to B, etc. on the ground that it would have been managed by I by the president of G University of Victims.
