Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 9:47, the fact that the Defendant was in the vicinity of the Western Station in the Seoul Western Station had no intent or ability to pay the taxi fee; (b) as if he were to pay the taxi fee, he was boarding a taxi operated by the victim B; and (c) did not pay KRW 8,600,00 of the taxi fee, which is the destination of the Seoul Westernmun-gu, at around 10:22 on the same day, and did not pay the taxi fee.
