Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 24, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million by the Jeju District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On February 28, 2020, at around 20:36, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drunk driving by driving Cpoter cargo under the influence of alcohol 0.163% from the 65 km distance to the Defendant’s house located in Seopopo City B, Seopo City, Seopopo City.
