Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2017, the Defendant driven a B-to-be 2 km from the front side of the Seoul Songpa-dong Dambro, Songpa-gu, Seoul, to the front side of 49 km as a school affairs of the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.073% during blood transfusion on March 15, 2017.
