Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received a new card, Samsung Card, one of the Samsung Card, one of the Hyundai Card, and two of the National Card in the name of the victim from March 31, 201 to March 31, 201, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of KRW 3,063,119 with a new card between the victim and March 31, 201, the amount equivalent to KRW 13,324,390 with Samsung Card, KRW 29,724,64 with a national card, KRW 56,02,923 with a modern card, and KRW 9,890,70 with a modern card, and KRW 32,102,363 with a settlement of the remaining amount of KRW 23,90,560 with a new card.
