Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor and one year of suspended execution due to interference with the performance of official duties at the Daegu District Court, and the above judgment was finalized on June 2, 2017.

1.
