A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) had the victim’s “△△△△△△△△” operated by the victim D, who had been provided alcohol at the victim’s “△△△△△△△△” club, and had the victim do not extend the service; (b) had the victim expressed the victim’s desire to “satise fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe f; and (c) had the victim fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe s at the victim’s request for returning to Korea; and (d) had interfered with the victim’s operation of the victim’s main phone by force.

2. On November 15, 2017, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 07:10 on November 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the police officers other than F, and received a request for returning home from the police officers, and to F, “I am bed down, fed, fed, fed, fed, fed, fed, fed, fed, fed, fed, fed, ftened, ftened, ftened, fla, and fed, ftened,” and continuously, upon taking protective measures taken by the above police officers, expressed that “I am out of and out of the above main station and move to an elevator,” and the Defendant took the face of F in his hand at one time, and took the right face of F in f’s left hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
