Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Although Defendant A (B) was hospitalized for 28 days at the above hospital despite the fact that the Defendant had performed drinking with other persons on February 16, 2010, Defendant A (E) was in the Gangnam-dong Seoul Jongno-gu Hospital, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and was hospitalized for 28 days at the above hospital, and claimed insurance money from the G outside department located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul, to go beyond the stairs, and then go beyond the stairs, and then the Defendant was transferred from the victim Young-gu, Samsung Bio-resources Co., Ltd., on March 16, 2010; around March 17, 2010; around February 14, 2010; around 280,000 won from Samsung Young-dong Co., Ltd., Ltd., to the new account in the name of the mother of Defendant C in the name of his mother, the sum of which is 2.8 million won in the name of the mother of the Defendant.

2. Defendant B: (a) around October 15, 2010, the Defendant was hospitalized for 28 days despite the minor traffic accident and the need not require hospital treatment and long-term outpatient treatment; and (b) filed a claim for insurance proceeds with the victim education life insurance company, Samsung Bio-resources company, and new life insurance company; (c) around November 12, 2010, around 750,000 won from the victim education life insurance company; (d) around November 15, 2010 from the Samsung Bio-resources Co., Ltd.; and (e) around November 15, 2010 from the victim education life insurance company.
