Defendants shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fines, only 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 22, 1995, Defendant B: (a) purchased a school life insurance company’s private annuity savings 21CB pension insurance in proportion to the date of hospitalization; and (b) purchased three insurance products with the same contents as above; and (c) claimed insurance money according to the number of days of hospitalization by being hospitalized for a long time, even when it is possible to receive hospital treatment.

On December 28, 2009, the Defendant continued to be hospitalized for 30 days from January 26, 2010 when he/she was issued a certificate of hospitalization, and filed a claim for insurance proceeds by submitting the said certificate of hospitalization with the victim education life insurance company on January 27, 2010, and filed a claim for insurance proceeds with the post office account in the name of the Defendant for the purpose of receiving KRW 405,000 from the victim as stated in the “B Crime Day List” from that time to July 15, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 27,740,055 won from the victim insurance company under the said method as seen above, from that time, for 18 days from that time, under the name of insurance proceeds.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings victims to take the property by deceiving them.

2. On July 20, 199, Defendant A purchased an insurance policy with no dividend for life with which insurance money is paid in proportion to the date of hospitalization, and Defendant A had been hospitalized for a long time in a state where it is possible to cure the insurance products with the aforementioned similar contents, and received the insurance money according to the number of days of hospitalization.

On September 30, 2010, the Defendant: (a) was in a state where it is possible for the Defendant to receive outpatients from the 18 Mapo-si Medical Center to receive outpatients, etc.; (b) on October 29, 2010, the Defendant continued to be hospitalized for 30 days until October 29, 2010; and (c) issued a written confirmation of hospitalization; and (d) filed a written confirmation of hospitalization with the said insurance company on November 1, 2010; and (e) filed a claim for insurance proceeds from the victim, and the post office in the name
