The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (misunderstanding of facts) was the fact that the defendant made a left turn to the left at four-lanes, a four-lane, “Prohibition of left turn” from the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju (hereinafter “instant intersection”), but the prohibition of left turn was only on the road, and the left turn to the left at the left on the left side of the fourth-lane, and the defendant did not have a criminal intent in violation of the Road Traffic Act.
