Defendant

A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months, and by imprisonment for six months.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the 1st floor of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and Defendant B is the friendship of Defendant A, and Defendant C is the consciousness of Defendant A.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B, using the fact that Defendant A works as a cost of calculation in the above E-gate store, thereby putting Defendant B into calculation with various kinds of goods, Defendant A calculated the entire card, and then conspired to steals the property of the victim E corporation by holding it as it is without returning it, even after Defendant A calculated the entire card.

Defendant

A around 19:04 on February 1, 201, 201, around 19:04, 10 goods, such as Defendant B, from the 1st floor calculation unit of the foregoing E-gate store, were approved by Defendant B with the digital gift certificate card of Defendant B, and revoked the credit card resolution on the five goods, such as “the 66,480 won” and “the 66,480 won”, and Defendant B, without returning the 5 goods whose approval was revoked, went out of the whole without returning the 5 goods, from that time to May 11, 2013 by the same method as indicated in Nos. 1 to 122 of the attached Table of Crimes, Do 10,427,830 won, had been revoked over 12 times in total.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the property of the victim company.

2. Defendant A and Defendant C conspired to steals the property of the said victim E-stock company in the same manner as described in paragraph (1).

Defendant

A around 16:09 on April 28, 2012, at the same place as indicated in paragraph 1, Defendant C approved 13 goods, such as “one “one net (special unit) of the HMP Thailand,” which Defendant C brought at the product display stand, with the new card of Defendant C, and revoked the card resolution on the seven goods, including “104,370 won,” and the Defendant C above.
