Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on January 16, 1969 with respect to the land E in the Changwon-si counter E 198,347 square meters of forest land (hereinafter “E before division”) owned by D on May 30, 1965 (each co-owner’s share 1/4), and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on November 13, 1979 with respect to the land E before subdivision 51293/198347 of shares of co-owners among the land E before subdivision.
B. On December 13, 198, E’s land before subdivision was divided into 175,467 square meters of land E and 22,880 square meters of land in Changwon-si, Changwon-si. The said land was divided into 22,880 square meters of land for K forest and 22,880 square meters of land for the same day and was divided into 22,880 square meters of land for each real estate listed in the [Attachment] Nos. 3 through 7 of the annexed real estate list.
C. On July 5, 2004, with respect to the entire G share (367635/1983470 shares) among E forest land 175,467 square meters, the ownership transfer registration on the ground of the termination of title trust on November 15, 2003 in the Defendant’s future was divided into the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 175,467 square meters in E forest land (36635/1983470 shares) on September 20, 2005 with respect to the entire F share (367635/1983470 shares) on September 20, 2005.

2. Judgment as to the main claim
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion M purchased land from D before subdivision, and the network A, O, P, Q, R, S, and F (hereinafter “the network A and the above six persons”) purchased the land from M. The Defendant sold one-half shares of the upper part of the above land.
After that, at around January 1969, 7 members title trust 1/28 each of their own shares in the above land to F and G, and the defendant around that time, to H and I's share in the above land.
