1. The plaintiff's successor's motion for intervention shall be dismissed.
2. The plaintiff has changed its exchange in this court.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. D forest land 66,432 square meters (hereinafter “D land before subdivision”) which is the land before subdivision was owned by I by 6570/100 and S by 4000/100.
Of the instant land in D before subdivision, the instant land was combined with 319 square meters in U.S., 319 square meters in V, 23 square meters in V, and 172 square meters in W. However, the instant land is deemed as T land without distinguishing the land before and after the annexation.

B. Regarding 400/100 of S’s share in D land before partition, the registration of share transfer was completed in B on May 4, 1990 due to inheritance by consultation division, and on November 7, 2012, the registration of share transfer was completed in accordance with Article 34457 of the Changwon District Court’s receipt of the motion for the establishment of the Changwon District Court (hereinafter “instant donation contract”) on the same day on the grounds of the donation made on November 7, 2012.
C. The F-Land Building was used as a restaurant (if any), but the ownership transfer registration was made on October 14, 1998 for the above land and the above ground building on October 13, 1998; the ownership transfer registration was made on June 21, 2010; the ownership transfer registration was made on June 20, 201; the ownership transfer registration was made on June 20, 201; and H was made on May 23, 201 for the sale and purchase on July 24, 2012 by the Changwon District Court was made on July 1694, 201 for the following reasons: the ownership transfer registration was made on May 24, 201 to the Plaintiff under the Changwon District Court was made on July 18, 2016 by the Plaintiff’s succeeding resident M. M. 201, the ownership transfer registration was made on June 21, 2016.
T-Land Building was used as a pent, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on July 15, 1999 for the sale and purchase of the above land on June 19, 199, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on July 16, 2003 for the above land.
The above land and above-ground buildings shall be July 2003.
