Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who actually resided in the apartment B apartment C in Kimcheon-si, was unable to receive subsidies at the time of the purchase of electric vehicles due to the expiration of the electric vehicle subsidy support project in 2019 at the time of Kimcheon-si where the Defendant was living, and was willing to receive subsidies by applying for a subsidy program for the purchase of electric vehicles in Daegu Metropolitan City after falsely transferred the Defendant’s address to the Daegu where his wife was living.

After that, the Defendant had Daegu Metropolitan City around May 3, 2019 a total of 15 million won national subsidy for the purchase of electric vehicles.
