Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On July 2012, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act is a resident who was residing in North-Gu C, 1 Dong 504, and 12 December 2013, South-gu D, and 302, South-gu, South-gu, and North Korea.

No resident of the Republic of Korea shall report any false fact with respect to resident registration.

Nevertheless, on July 23, 2012 and December 12, 2013, the Defendant, who resided in the above domicile and received a discount on the fare of the vessel that only residents of Ullung-do may use, or made a move-in report to Ullung-gun E in order to easily obtain the vessel ticket, registered the domicile falsely.

(b) No person who violates the Subsidy Management Act shall receive any subsidy granted by the State for financial assistance by making a false application or by other unlawful means;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, like the foregoing paragraph (a), made a move-in report on the above move-in report from July 25, 2012 to January 25, 2014, the Defendant denied subsidies of KRW 160,600 in total eight times, as indicated in the list of crimes attached with discount of the cost of the vessel freight of Ulle residents who are paid to Ulleung-do residents from July 25, 2012 to January 25, 2014 by the State and local governments.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant in violation of the Resident Registration Act is a resident who resides in the North-gu, North-si, North-si.

No resident of the Republic of Korea shall report any false fact with respect to resident registration.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while residing in the domicile at around June 4, 2012 and residing in the domicile above, had moved-in report to the Gyeong-gun G in Ulleung-gun in order to receive a discount on the fare of the vessel that only the residents of Ulleung-do can use or to easily obtain the vessel ticket, registered in a false domicile.

(b) No person who violates the Subsidy Management Act shall receive any subsidy granted by the State for financial assistance by making a false application or by other unlawful means;

Nevertheless, the defendant is Gyeongbuk-do as stated in the above paragraph (a).
