The Defendants received subsidies from local governments, private social welfare support organizations, etc. and planned to arbitrarily use them for purposes other than the purpose of the subsidy project after withdrawing the amount of subsidies paid from the relevant business partners.

Accordingly, the Defendants received a subsidy of KRW 6,00,00 from the Jeju Community Chest from the Jeju Community Chest of Korea on February 2012 and agreed to receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the actual amount of the subsidy when entering into a contract for the supply of a book for the subsidized program with E’s representative F to be used in the subsidized program. On February 29, 2012, the Defendants received a refund of KRW 3,000,000 out of the amount of the paid subsidy from F and then embezzled it for the victim’s branch on behalf of the victim’s branch. From around that time to December 31, 2012, the Defendants conspired four times in total as indicated in the attached list of crimes committed by the Jeju Community Chest of Korea, and embezzled the total amount of the subsidy of KRW 3,00,000,000 among the amount of the paid subsidy from F, and embezzled it on behalf of the victim branch on behalf of the victim branch, 3,007 through 37,000,000.
