1. On November 30, 2018, the Defendant’s revocation of registration of the juvenile emotional development support service against the Plaintiff shall be revoked.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff operated 13 local centers across the country as an institution that provides social services prescribed by the Act on the Use of Social Services and the Management of Voucherss (hereinafter “Act”), such as the instant service, among community services. The Plaintiff, one of the local centers, provided the instant services at the Da elementary school located in Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu (hereinafter “Place of Provision”).
B. The Defendant, around May 16, 2017, provided on-site inspections (the period subject to inspection: the period from May 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017); (i) provided a cooking program (the violation of the content of the instant service); and (ii) paid monthly points to the Plaintiff on July 31, 2017 on the grounds that the records were provided without providing the instant service and the instant non-exclusive aid program in February 2017, but instead paying the amount of February points retroactively in March 201 (the violation of settlement service); and (ii) provided the Plaintiff with a warning (1) and restitution disposition of unjust enrichment (1), 648,000 won (hereinafter “1 disposition”) pursuant to Article 16 of the Enforcement Rule of the Act; and (iii) provided the Plaintiff with the Plaintiff’s service subject to settlement on-site inspections (hereinafter “1 disposition”); and (iv) provided the Plaintiff’s service subject to settlement on-site inspections on April 28, 2018 (hereinafter “17”).
“On the ground that on July 23, 2018, pursuant to Articles 19(7)1, 21(1), and 23(1)5 of the Act and Article 16 of the Enforcement Rule of the Act, with respect to the Plaintiff, the disposition was taken to recover unjust enrichment of KRW 45,00 (hereinafter “the second disposition”) for three months (from August 1, 2018 to October 31, 2018) (hereinafter “the second disposition”).
As a result of the on-site inspection conducted around September 10, 2018 and September 19, 2018 (the period subject to inspection: January 1, 2017 to January 31, 2018 (13 months); hereinafter referred to as “on-site inspection”), G and H in relation to the instant service.
