A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

From July 2011, the Defendant is operating a “D company” as a private business chain, which is specialized in the production of food cooking machinery in the Dong-gu, Ansan-si.

Any business operator who installs and operates wastewater discharge facilities shall be prohibited from discharging water-quality pollutants discharged from such discharge facilities without flowing them into prevention facilities.

In addition, the Defendant reported to the competent authority that the wastewater discharged (2.85 cubic meters/day) is treated by entrusting the entrusted disposal of wastewater while installing and operating the waste gas purification facilities for the waste gas facilities and industrial facilities, which are wastewater discharge facilities, at the above D Company’s business establishment.

However, between January 201 and September 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact of drilling a hole of approximately twenty-seven cubic meters of waste water installed by concrete into the lower part of the entrusted storage tank of waste water in a size of 27 cubic meters; and (b) even though he knew of the fact of drilling a hole of about fifty centimeters of waste water from the lower part of the entrusted storage tank of waste water installed by concrete, the Defendant stored and stored the sansan wastewater generated in the course of washing it after treating it in an industrial complex.

In other words, as above, the Defendant: (a) as a method of storing wastewater generated from wastewater discharging facilities entrusted with storing waste water from the mouths, the Defendant contains approximately 80.60mg/liter exceeding 26 times the permissible discharge standards (3mg/liter) which are specific substances harmful to water quality; (b) 22.960mg/liter exceeding 7 times the permissible discharge standards; (c) the total nitrogen (T-N) which are water-quality pollutants exceeding approximately 6.7 times the permissible discharge standards (120mg/liter); (d) 806.903mg/liter exceeding 6.2m of the permissible discharge standards; (e) 301.165mg/liter; and (e) 308m/liter exceeding 2.2m of the permissible discharge standards (T-Pamp/liter); and (e) 28m/liter exceeding 28m of the permissible discharge standards (P-P-6m/liter. 27m.).
