All appeals are dismissed.

1. As to Defendant A and Defendant B’s appeal, Defendant A and Defendant B did not submit the appellate brief within the submission period, and Defendant B did not state the grounds of appeal in the petition of appeal.

2. Examining the grounds of appeal by Defendant C in light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations and by misapprehending the facts against the rules of evidence as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

In addition, in this case, the issue of not guilty verdict against Defendant A, the contents and methods of deception, the timing of the act, the degree of proof of the victim and the facts charged are different, and it cannot be deemed that the conclusion of the above case must be the same.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
