1. Defendant A

(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months;

(b)Provided, That the above sentence shall be imposed for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant B and Defendant A, who were married around May 2013, are between the two parties, and the two parties who were married around November 2013.

Defendant

C is the mother of Defendant B, and Defendant D is a midwife.

Defendant A was pregnant on April 2013 prior to marriage, but around May 2013, 2013, Defendant A decided to divorce with the said husband and wife while fighting frequently because the nature of Defendant B was not consistent with the nature of Defendant B.

Accordingly, Defendant B and Defendant A consulted on the abortion of a fetus at the end of August 2013, and rejected the fetus on the ground that, around August 28, 2013, Defendant B and Defendant A attempted to kill the fetus to the Hteteinian in the Si of Cheongju, but on the ground that, “after seven months after the pregnancy,” the fetus was born.

On August 28, 2013, Defendant B asked Defendant C, a mother, to “I see the place where I am dead in Busan where I am dead,” and the above C promised to abortion at the J birth Center operated by Defendant D on August 29, 2013, around September 2, 2013.”

As a result, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C conspired to abortion at the J birth Center operated by Defendant D.

Criminal facts

1. Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C’s conspiracy, according to the above conspiracy, the Defendants sent to the “JB” of the Busan Suwon-gu I and the second floor of Sep. 2, 2013, and Defendant A sent a fetus, which is 32 weeks of pregnancy days, out of the body of the mother chain.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to die.

2. Defendant D’s sole criminal administration is a midwife, who is the president of the “J birth clinic” located in the Busan Young-gu I and the second floor.

On August 29, 2013, the Defendant received a request from C to “instigating a fetus under the influence of A” and around September 12, 2013, upon receiving a request from C to “instigating a fetus,” and around September 2, 2013, the “J midwifery clinic” administers a “instigating a fetus,” which is an induced delivery, to A, and thereby, the Defendant’s body is 32 weeks of pregnancy days.
