Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Railroad Safety Act;

A. On June 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 05:52 on June 20, 2013, on the train No. 1722 at the 4rd-ro train 1722 Nitch Seoul, the Defendant took a bath to other passengers; (b) her hand, who was subject to removal from the passenger crew B while avoiding the disturbance, she snicked the victim’s left chest, sealed the victim’s hand, her left hand with his/her hand, and assaulted the victim’s hand.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the execution of duties of railroad workers on the crime control.

2. At around 06:35 of the same day, the Defendant damaged public objects and caused the damage to their utility by breaking a inseminator’s gate by hand, who was seated in the waiting seat of a civil petitioner in the Suwon Railroad and Police Center, and breaking one of the glass for the table in the market price, and then destroying and damaging objects used by public offices.
