The defendant 2018 Gooman 2039 is a person who operates "D" a singing practice hall located in Manyang-gu, Manyang-si C.

Although a singing practice room business operator is not allowed to sell or provide alcoholic beverages, the Defendant sold and provided alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 40,000,000 in total to customers G who visited the place in the room located in the "Ding practice place" around July 6, 2018.
