A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall arrange sexual traffic for business purposes, in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables and other property benefits from unspecified persons, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement, etc. of sexual traffic;

Nevertheless, from September 13, 2017 to 21:10 on September 20, 2017, the Defendant violated the facility standards by installing a simple beds and shower rooms in a marina room, which can be partitioned with the trade name D, from the same 105 meters from the boundary line of G high school located in the north-gu, Ulsan-si, U.S. to the same 105 meters, and operated a juvenile harmful business establishment that is likely to cause sexual acts similar to D, such as exposure to a math, etc.
