A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 2017, the Defendant taken photographs of the body body of a victim C (V, 45 years of age) who was satisfed at the Kamera Babel with his own cell phone without the Defendant’s consent, and the victim taken photographs without the Defendant’s consent, which was satisfyed by the suspension of the sexual organ of the female in a state where the victim C (V, 45 years of age) who was satisfed with his/her own body in his/her own breath condition after the sex relationship with the Defendant.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mobile phone camera against his will.
2. Intimidation;
A. On June 22, 2019, the Defendant threatened the victim, such as the victim’s phone called by the victim who neglected the relationship with the Defendant, and “I will not leave the surrounding people,” and “I will know of the relationship with the workplace and her husband.”
B. On July 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim’s b body photo taken by the victim with the victim’s cell phone as described in the above paragraph (1) to the Defendant at noon-site; (b) and (c) threatened the victim, “I want to listen to the victim’s b body photograph even after receiving this photograph, I want to send it by mail to her husband.”
3. The Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on July 27, 2019, the Defendant: (b) demanded the victim, who was standing in front of the Jingu, Jingu, Jingu, Jingu, Jingu, to display his cell phone and boom film images to the victim who was standing in the front of the E-Singu, Jingu; (c) however, the victim refused it; (d) the victim refused it; (d) the victim was able to sell his/her cell phone and booms several times; (e) the victim was flick at the bar, and then the victim went to F of the Jingu, Jingu, Jingu, Jingu, 201; and (e) the victim was exempted from the victim’s name so that the victim could not escape from the vehicle.
