Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a drinking house with the trade name of "D" in F, 216 at the time of leisure, and E is a person who operates a lending company with the trade name of "G" in F, 216 at the time of leisure.

False Statement

1. On June 30, 2015, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act presented to E a resident registration certificate for the H of the issuance of the leisure market at the above G office in order to borrow money in the name of the Defendant’s Dong H, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s resident registration certificate, and presented to E a total of 11 times from around that time to August 9, 2016, as shown in the List of Crimes (1) in the same manner.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration certificate unlawfully.

2. On June 30, 2015, the Defendant, at the notary public J’s office on the fourth floor of I building, borrowed KRW 4,00,00 from E in spite of the Defendant’s borrowing of KRW 4,00,00 from E, the Defendant, who is aware of the fact, entered the Defendant’s resident registration number and address in the debt column for the monetary consumption and lending contract, and presented H’s resident registration certificate, made the Defendant enter the fact of insolvency in the instrument of monetary consumption and lending contract, which is the fair principal, in order to prepare the fair deed for the monetary consumption and lending contract with the Defendant’s Dong H as the obligor, and exercised it from around that time to August 9, 2016.
