A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DNA car.

On June 19, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.089% 0.089% around 01:30 on June 19, 2014, and continued to drive the said car on the direction of pressure on the side of the Daegu-si University located in the 280 Gyeongsan-si University at the Gyeongnam-si University at the Daegu-do university at the time of about 106 km along four-lanes.

Ultimately, at around 02:40 on June 19, 2014, the Defendant caused the victim’s death by the aforesaid occupational negligence, from G Hospital located in the G Hospital F in the Gyeonggi-si, the G Hospital caused the death of the victim by the low-weight shock from the two mouths during treatment.
