The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing motor vehicle.

On May 16, 2014, while under the influence of alcohol 03:55, around 03:136% of blood alcohol concentration, the said vehicle was driven by approximately 20 kilometers in front of the Seonam University located in the Seonam-gu Northbuk-gu, Daegu-si University.
